I work with clients seasonally, with an emphasis on focused, short-term work.  I find that committing to a seasonal focus allows us to create an intentional container to address current challenges and goals. We generally will meet weekly or every other week over a 10 week period.  At the end of this time, we will reflect on progress, and together decide whether another season of work is beneficial. I find that a pause between episodes of care can be helpful for both of us to ground and return to what matters most in our work together.  

  • Step 1 - 15 minute meet and greet

    To schedule a quick meet and greet, click “Request Appointment” in the top right of this page. At this 15-20 minute appointment, I’ll share more about my treatment approach, discuss logistics of working together, and see if what I offer is a good fit for what you want to work on.

  • Step 2 - Initial Session

    At our initial session, I’ll ask questions to learn more about what you are struggling with, and we will start to develop a treatment plan. Expect to leave that session with at least one tool or practice you can use to support health and healing.

  • Step 3 - Growth and Resassessment

    We’ll spend 5-12 sessions addressing your goals and supporting your mental, emotional, and physical health. At the end of this period we will discuss your progress and ways to support continued momentum.
